Architectural Services

The most important part of the whole process. We will discuss your requirements, ideas, budget and aspirations. We will help you understand your options, identify any other professionals that may need to be consulted and perform a site survey.

We will establish a detailed brief and agree on a project strategy and timeline for the stages of the project.

Once the concept has been agreed we begin work on creating a design that can be built with detailed versions including all the practical considerations. At this stage we will take input from structural engineers and any other consultants required.

Once the developed design is complete and signed off it can be submitted for planning permission (if it does not come under permitted development). We will put together a package for the planners to review and will liase with the planning department if they have any questions.
